CRM module

The CRM module captures contacts, leads, notes, and pipeline context from conversations.

#Use cases

Use CRM when the agent should:

  • Capture inbound leads.
  • Store contact details.
  • Add qualification notes.
  • Update lead status.
  • Prepare sales handoff context.

#Typical fields

CRM records include fields such as:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company
  • Status
  • Created date

Your exact fields may vary by module configuration.

#Set up CRM

  1. Go to Modules.
  2. Add a CRM module.
  3. Open the agent that should use the CRM.
  4. Go to Agent Settings → Modules.
  5. Enable the CRM module.
  6. Save changes.

#Test CRM capture

In Playground, try:

My name is Maya Chen. I work at Bright Labs and want pricing for 20 seats.

Then verify:

  1. The agent asks for missing information if needed.
  2. The CRM record is created or updated.
  3. The notes contain useful qualification context.

#Good agent instructions

Add rules such as:

  • Ask for name and email before creating a lead.
  • Do not create duplicate contacts if the user already exists.
  • Mark high-intent requests for sales follow-up.
  • Escalate enterprise pricing or legal questions.
