01. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Nexaflow ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the nexaflow.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
02. Accounts & Access
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate.
03. Billing & Payments
We use third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay) to bill you for use of the Site and Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms.
- Subscriptions: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly).
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST where applicable.
04. Intellectual Property
Your Ownership
You retain all rights to your "Ground Truth" data, including documents, training files, and customer interaction history. Nexaflow does not claim ownership over the content you upload.
Platform Rights
Nexaflow retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including its software, algorithms, UI design, and proprietary AI orchestrations.
05. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, most notably the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta.
By using our WhatsApp modules, you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and Meta's Commercial Terms. Nexaflow is not responsible for any changes to third-party policies or for any suspension of your third-party accounts due to policy violations.
06. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform for:
- Generating harmful or illegal content
- Automated spamming or mass-marketing
- Reverse-engineering proprietary models
- Bypassing safety filters or rate limits
- Unauthorized data scraping or harvesting
- Impersonating Nexaflow or other users
07. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the settings dashboard.
08. Liability & Warranty

"THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT."
Nexaflow provides AI-generated content which may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You agree that any decisions made based on AI output are your sole responsibility. In no event shall Nexaflow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
