Pricing, billing, and credits

Nexaflow uses plans and credits to control usage. Exact plan limits may change, so use the in-app Pricing and Account / Billing screens as the source of truth.

#Where to check billing

Open the app and use:

  • Sidebar credit indicator.
  • Account Settings.
  • Billing or subscription pages.
  • Public Pricing page for plan comparison.

#What credits represent

Credits generally track AI usage such as:

  • Chat messages.
  • Model generation.
  • Retrieval and reasoning work.
  • Higher-volume agent usage.

More complex conversations can consume more resources than simple FAQ replies.

#What can stop an agent from responding

An agent may fail to respond if:

  • The workspace has no credits.
  • The AI provider is not configured.
  • The agent is offline.
  • A channel integration is disconnected.
  • The module action failed.

#How to reduce usage

Use:

  • Clear knowledge documents.
  • Shorter system instructions.
  • Adaptive Search for agents that do not need retrieval on every turn.
  • Smaller or lower-cost models for simple support flows.
  • Suggested questions and direct module actions where appropriate.

#Billing checklist before launch

  • Confirm plan limits.
  • Confirm credit balance.
  • Test expected message volume.
  • Confirm provider keys or managed provider access.
